K Grocery support and account deletion

K Grocery is published on Google Play by developer Jeremy Choo (CSY SimplifAI Solution). Use this page for support or to delete your account without opening the app.

How to request account deletion

Submit the form below and choose Account Deletion Request. Include the email address or phone number you used to register.

What data will be deleted?

  • Account profile and authentication credentials
  • Order history, saved addresses, and other personal data tied to your account

Some anonymized transaction records required for accounting or tax may be retained where legally required.

After we verify the request, personal data is removed from active systems within 7 days, in line with Google Play user-data policy.

You do not need to log into the K Grocery app. Include the email or phone number registered with your account so we can verify and delete your data.
